摘要 目的了解患者对院务公开的评价,为促进院务公开的健康发展提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,抽取某三级甲等医院的104名患者进行问卷调查。结果 46.1%的患者知晓院务公开制度;患者对院务公开表现出较积极的态度,得分均高于3分;患者知晓情况与其对公开制度的信任性、有效性之间无统计学意义(P>0.05),与必要性和实用性之间有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、学历、收入、职业的患者对院务公开的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院应落实"以人为本",增强公众对院务公开的信任度;构建科学、合理的公开内容,扩展院务公开形式的多样化;建立健全院务公开评估与考核制度,充分发挥院务公开的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Opening Hospital Affairs to patients, and to promote the healthy development of opening hospital affairs. Method Stratified random sampling was used to recruit 104 patients from a tertiary hospital to carry a questionnaire survey. Result Among participants, 46. 1% of patients knew the Opening Hospital Affairs system; all patients showed a positive attitude and scores were higher than 3 points. Patients" known level had no statistical significance on confidence and effectiveness of the public system (P 〉 0.05 ) , and had statistical significance between the necessity and practicality (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was statistical significance of patient satisfaction on Opening Hospital Affairs among different ages, educational levels, incomes, occupations ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Hospitals should implement "human - oriented" policy and enhance public trust in Opening Hospital Affairs; build a scientific and rational public content, expand the diversity of Opening Hospital Affairs; establish Opening Hospital Affairs assessment and examination system, give full play the role of Opening Hospital Affairs.
