乡村两级医疗机构处方分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation on Use of Medication in Township Hospitals and Village Clinics

目的通过对安徽某县乡村两级医疗机构用药状况进行分析,寻找不合理用药的原因。方法通过现场机构调查法,对安徽省某县乡村两级医疗机构门诊登记数据进行统计分析。结果 (1)村卫生室抗生素、激素、注射使用率高于乡镇卫生院;(2)干预乡镇干预期间抗生素、激素、注射使用率高于干预前期;(3)不同性别、年龄组人群、不同疾病类型的药物使用有差异。结论项目地区该阶段存在不合理用药现象,村卫生室比乡镇卫生院更为突出。

Objective We aimed to figure out the status quo as well as causes of unreasonable medicine use through analyzing the registrations in the town and village levels of one county in Anhui Province. Method By utilizing the field organization investigation, we selected and analyzed the data of registrations in some towns and villages of one county in Anhui Province. Result （ 1 ） The rates of antibiotic, hormone and injection in the country -level sanitations were higher than their village -level counterparts. （2） The rates of antibiotic, hormone and injection over post - intervention period were higher than the pre - intervention period in the intervention town. （3） There were significant medicine use differences among different groups of age, gender and disease type. Conclusion The phenom- enon of unreasonable medicine use existed in the target field of the present study, especially in the villages.
