中国制造业能源与非能源要素替代关系的实证研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文运用超越对数成本函数对我国1985-2008年制造业分行业中要素自价格弹性以及能源与非能源要素之间的替代弹性进行测算分析,发现能源的自价格弹性要明显地高于资本、劳动、原材料的自价格弹性,资本与能源之间存在很强的替代关系,劳动与能源之间呈现CPE互补或MES替代关系,原材料与能源之间存在较强的替代关系。这种能源替代关系的研究表明政府可以通过提高能源价格的方法来促进资本对能源的替代,达到节能减排的目的。另外针对制造业内部各个行业间不同的要素替代弹性,提出了中国能源政策的调整思路。 The paper uses the translog cost function to estimate the degrees of factor substitution of Chinese manufacturing sector from 1985 to 2008.We find that(1) owe price elasticity of energy is obviously higher than that of capital,labour,materials.(2) Capital and energy are strongly substitutes in production.Labor and energy are CPE complement or MES substitute.Materials and energy are substitutes.The findings implicate that the government may increase the energy price according to the substitutability of energy and capital.The high price of energy may induce firms to concentrate on investing in energy-saving technologies.Moreover,the government may adopt different policies according to different substitution elasticities of Chinese manufacturing sector.
