摘要
文章罗列了当前高校存在的四种权力,指出在高校二元领导权力结构中权力失谐的一个重要原因是缺乏协调、监督的机构与机制、以及学术权力在学校的主导性地位。提出在我国高校二元权力结构中可以试行"党政(权力)搭台,学术(权力)唱戏"的三权并行的运行新格局。当前应该加强学术权力建设,提升学术权力地位,促进学术权力发挥实质性作用。
Four kinds of power in university are listed in this paper.It goes on to point out that the very important reason for the disharmony in the binary power structure in university is the lack of the organization and mechanism to coordinate and supervise,and the losing of academic power in its leading position.It also proposes a new pattern of ＂the power of the party and government set up the stage to assist,and the power of academic put in the show to perform real deeds＂.At present,we should strengthen the construction of academic power,improve the status of academic power and make academic power play a substantive role.
