摘要
阐述广告市场的发展蒸蒸日上,近年来,由于明星代言广告所引发的相关问题受到了媒介和学界的广泛关注。指出关于广告代言人的法律责任等相关问题的研究还没有定论。从分析问题及原因出发,提出一些对策,以利保护消费者的权利,并对我国关于广告代言人的法律完善有所裨益。
With the rapid development of advertising market.the media and field of systematic learning pay extremely attention to some law problems of advertising,owing to super star speaking for a group or class.But,the research of law problem of advertising spokesperson is on the air.Now,beginning with the present situation of the problems about advertising spokesperson;discovering the shortcomings,law loopholes and the reasons of them;At last,take some measures to solve this issue for protecting the rights of consumers,so that uphold our country's social economy and legal institutions.Look forward to be beneficial for the rules or regulations of advertising spokesperson in China.
