摘要
创建并实施创新型城市考核评估指标体系,建立激励创新型城市发展的长效机制,不断提高科技创新管理的科学性、自觉性和高效性,科学地运用创新思维方法,加快大连创新型城市建设速度。
To accelerate Dalian＇ s construction of an innovative city, we should create and implement the evaluation index system of innovative city, establish permanent incentive mechanism of innovative city development, constantly improve scientificalness, consciousness and high efficiency of the management of scientific and technological innovation, and apply innovative thinking methods to speed up Dalian＇ s construction of an innovative city.
