指出高校校园招聘会是大学生就业的一条重要途径,校园招聘与其他招聘渠道相比,既有它的优点,也有它必须面对的问题。针对存在问题,试从用人单位、学生、学校三个层面来探讨新形势下提高校园招聘会的有效性对策。

Campus job interview is an important path for undergraduates＇ employment.Through this platform,the employers can not only obtain new,high quality and high-tech resources,but also reduce the cost for the undergraduates.Compared with other channels,it has advantages and disadvantages.To solve this problem fundamentally,this paper explores the effective countermeasures from three aspects concerning employers,universities and students under the new situation.
