虚拟制造的实施研究

本文在分析虚拟制造产生背景、概念和特点基础上,从3个层次上论述了虚拟制造的实施。提出了建立虚拟制造系统的框架结构,虚拟制造系统的3级结构,虚拟制造的实施对产品开发、企业组织、技术、管理和人员等方面的影响,以及建立虚拟制造系统的4级规模。

Based on the analyses of the background,concept,and characteristics of virtual manufacturing,its implementation is discussed at three levels.The framework of virtual manufacturing system and its three layers' architecture are put forward,and the impact of the its implementation on the product development,organization,technology,management,employees,and so on of the future enterprises is described.The four levels at which the virtual manufacturing systems are built are also put forward.At the end of the paper,the critical factors for the implementation of the virtual manufacturing are discussed.\; [
