我国推进节能减排、建设智能电网的进程,对电力生产、变送、调度、使用过程提出了更高的在线测控要求,为电量测控技术和产品的发展带来了新的机遇。文章介绍了目前国外电量在线测控新技术和高端产品的发展状况,论述了综合应用新技术开发设计国内电量在线智能测控产品的思路和方向,展望了新一代电量在线测控产品在国内的应用前景。

With the continuous progress of national energy saving and smart grid construction,the higher requirements of online electrical measuring and monitoring are increasingly concerned in the processes of power production,transformation,transmission,scheduling and consumption,which gives a good opportunity to improve and develop online electrical measuring and monitoring technology and products.This article firstly introduced the latest foreign online measuring technique and monitoring products.Then,it discussed designing ideas and applying trend on the new technology of online electrical measuring and monitoring.Finally,these new products application in domestic was expected briefly.
