摘要 真菌生物膜的形成已成为真菌耐药的主要机制之一,并日益引起重视。了解真菌生物膜及其形成的影响因素和相关耐约机制对防治临床真菌感染和真菌耐药具有重要意义。本文综述常见致病真菌生物膜的形成过程及结构,真菌生物膜形成的影响因素,生物膜形成导致真菌耐药的可能机制以及真菌生物膜形成可能的防治方法。 Fungal biofilm formation is a major mechanism of fungal drug-resistance.For preventing from clinical fungal infection and drug-resistance,it is very important to learn about the affecting factors and resistance mechinism caused by biofilm formation.This review describes the formation and structure of common pathogenic fungal biofilm, factors influencing biofilm formation,the mechinisms of drug-resistance by biofilm formation,and methods of prevention and treatment.
