摘要
火电厂管道螺纹吊杆最大使用荷载是设计和选择螺纹吊杆的重要依据,然而现有的相关规定给出的结果并不相同,造成在相同设计条件下选择的螺纹吊杆规格并不相同,影响了螺纹吊杆的准确设计和选择。为规范螺纹吊杆的设计和选择,确保火电厂的安全和经济运行,对螺纹吊杆最大使用荷载的相关问题进行了分析和探讨。分析和探讨了与螺纹吊杆最大使用荷载有关的螺纹根部截面积计算方法、许用应力确定以及材质选择等问题,并给出了相应的措施和建议。分析和研究了螺纹吊杆最大使用荷载计算方法,基于许用应力法给出了螺纹吊杆最大使用荷载计算结果。
The maximum safe load has been used to design and select pipe threaded hanger rods of the thermal power plant,however its calculation result is different in the existing relational provisions,therefore threaded hanger rods specification is different under the same design condition,design and selection of pipe threaded hanger rods have been effected.In order to standardize design of threaded hanger rods,insure economy and security of the thermal power plant,some questions that are relational to the maximum safe load of threaded hanger rods have been analyzed and discussed.The problems including hanger rods root area,material selection and allowable stress certainty that are relational to the maximum safe load of pipe threaded hanger rods have been analyzed and discussed,the relevant measures and suggests have been provided.The calculation method of threaded hanger rods has been analyzed and studied,the calculation result based on allowable stress method has been provided.
