笔者就输电线路工程设计中有关掏挖基础应用时常遇到的几个问题作特别提出,并通过对相关规范、资料等的分析理解,结合国网公司"两型三新"输电线路的设计导则,提出与常规设计相反的思路,即原状土掏挖基础宜采用"不露头"的个人观点,供各位同行作参考。

The essay considers some of the common problems in the application of the Undisturbed Soil Foundation in transmission line.Through the analysis of related codes and regulations,and considering the new design guidelines for electric transmission engineering new idea that opposites the traditional ideas is given.The new idea suggests that it is better to make the hight of the top of the undisturbed soil foundation than it is use to be.
