华为员工培训体系一直在业界享有盛誉,它规模大、系统完善,培训方法和手段多样化,培训内容广而专,培训质量有保证。华为员工培训体系不仅支持了华为自身的快速成长,也为其他企业的员工培训体系建设带来了几点重要的启示:员工培训要服务于企业发展战略,员工培训要寻求对员工职业生涯发展需要的满足,员工培训要大力支持企业文化建设。
Huawei's staff training system enjoys high reputation with its large scale, varieties and professionalism and high quality in telecom field. While the system supports Huawei's rapid development, it also provides other enterprises with some important suggestions: the system should support business' development strategy; it should meet the needs of staff's career development and enhance corporate culture.
