摘要
目的探讨老年人胸外伤的临床特点及救治方法,提高老年胸外伤的救治水平。方法对我科1997年7月～2010年7月收治的60岁以上老年人胸外伤122例次的诊治情况进行回顾分析。结果 122例中治愈119例,恶化2例,死亡1例。结论老年胸外伤合并症多,救治难度偏大,治疗时间较长。
Objective To further understanding the clinical characteristics of elderly chest trauma and deeply discuss the chest trauma treatment methods, improve the treatment level of the elderly chest trauma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 122 elderly inpatients with the chest trauma from July 1997 and 2010 July in our hospital. Results 119 cases of recovery in 122 cases, 1 case of worsening, Death in 1 case. Conclusion The elderly chest trauma patients have more complications and cure is difficult and treatment duration is long.
