颌面部骨折应用国产微型钛板的中期疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF MEDIUM TERM THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC MINI-TITANIUM PLATE IN TREATING MAXILLOFACIAL FRACTURE

目的评估国产微型钛板应用在口腔颌面部骨折复位坚强内固定的中期效果,探讨其临床应用的可靠性。方法 1995～2001年间的口腔颌面部骨折复位应用国产微型钛板作为坚强内固定材料10年或以上的41例病人进行随访,并记录相关情况。结果 41例术后10～15年的病人局部骨折愈合良好,咬合关系正常。结论国产微型钛板作为固位材料,具有足够的强度和良好的生物相容性,用作口腔颌面部坚强内固定具有精确的固位、外形稳定、价格低廉等优点,中期效果理想,应用前景广阔。

Objective To explore the medium term therapeutic effects of domestic mini - titanium plate rigid internal fixation in treating maxillofacial fracture. Methods From 1995 to 2001,41 cases of jowl fractures were treated by rigid internal fixation technology with domestic mini -titanium plate, All cases were followed up over 10 year after the treatment. Results 41 cases were achieved good healing. All patients restored a good occluding relation. Conclusion Domestic mini - titanium plate possesses enough strength and good biocompatibility, has the advantages such as accurate retention, steady form and low price, has good medium term therapeutic effects and wide prospect in treating maxillofacial fracture.
