经口插胃管法在颅底骨折患者中的应用

APPLICATION OF INSERTING GASTRIC TUBE BY MOUTH IN PATIENTS WITH BASAL SKULL FRACTURES

目的探讨颅底骨折患者经口插胃管的方法。方法 25例颅底骨折合并重型颅脑损伤患者使用带导丝胃管,插管时口腔内置入牙垫,结合不同的体位,采用徒手插胃管插管。结果插管成功率达100%,一次性置管成功率达93%。结论颅底骨折患者采用经口插胃管的方法能避免胃管入颅,而使用带导丝胃管,结合不同的体位,能提高一次性置管的成功率。

Objective Explore the methods of insertion gastric tube by mouth in patients with basal skull fractures. Methods 25 cases of skull base fracture with severe head injury patients insertion gastric tube with using the guide wire tube, when inserting the astric tube by mouth, Oral intubation pad built into the teeth. With different body positions, insertion gastric tube by bare hands. Results Success rates of insertion gastric tube by mouth was 100% ,Which one - time success rates was 93%. Conclusion Inserting gastric tube by mouth can avoid gastric tube into the skull, insertion gastric tube with using the guide wire tube and with different body positions can improve the one - time success rate.
