玉米须黄酮的超声波提取工艺研究

Study on Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Corn Stigma Flavonoids

研究了玉米须黄酮的超声波提取工艺。通过单因素实验和正交实验,得到玉米须黄酮的最佳提取条件为:提取溶剂为水、液料比(mL∶g)12∶1、pH值9、提取温度50℃、提取时间30 min,在此条件下玉米须粗黄酮得率达到2.58%。

Ultrasonic extraction technology of corn stigma flavonoids was studied through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows：using water as extraction solvent,ratio of liquid to solid of 12∶1（mL∶g）,pH value of 9,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction time of 30 min.Under the optimal conditions,extraction rate of corn stigma flavonoids was 2.58%.
