摘要
马钢于1997 年采用转炉增碳法连铸生产45 钢高线,投入批量生产。连铸采用(足辊+ la 段)两段法早期强冷后期回温的二次冷却工艺,配以合适的过热度和0.8~0.9 L/kg 的比水量,生产了偏析小、组织性能好、表面质量较高的铸坯。最终产品化学成分均匀,力学性能良好,通条性能稳定。探讨了该工艺连铸参数的合理控制问题。
At Maanshan Steel,an investigation was completed and then the commercial production of the 45 steel wire rod by recarburization in the ladle,CC and continuous rolling has been implemented in since 1997 In CC process,two stage secondary cooling with an earlier intensive cooling at the foot rollers and in the segment la and a later natural reheating of strand is applied With an appropriate superheat of molten steel and a cooling water rate of 0 8~0 9 L/kg billet,the quality billets are successfully produced The billet has little segregation and fine structure The finished product,φ6 5 mm wire rod of 45 steel,has homogeneous,good mechanical properties,steady and homogeneous all coil properties and customers are satisfied According to the experimental results and production data,the optimal CC process parameters are discussed
