The geologic parameters which reflect the formation features can be measured and acquired by the LWD,and they are drawn into bore log according to the requirements to realize the initial geosteering while the well is being drilled.When it was applied in Kunbei Oilfield the horizon was founded exactly,the well course was adjusted in time,the most favorable part of the interest were drilled,it is a reliable criterion and means to avoid drilling risk and cut down the investment.
