通过大量的生产检测数据,根据数理统计原理,确定了新型低合金耐磨铸钢ZG40CrMnSiMo 冲击韧性(aK)与合金化当量(M)的关系:aK = 67.11- 2.2M;论述了合金化当量对组织的影响;阐明了合金化当量影响冲击韧性的机理。为使该钢达到硬度与韧性的最佳配合提供了可靠的依据。
Through statistical analysis of a great amount of productive data,the relation between the notch toughness(a K)and alloying equivalent(M)for a new low alloy wear resistant cast steel ZG40CrMnSiMo has been established: K=67 11-2 2M.The inflyence of alloying equivalent on the microstructure of this steel has been discussed,and the influence of alloying equivalent on the notch toughness of tested steel has been explained.The paper has offered a reliable basis for optimum combination of the hardness with the toughness of this steel.
