摘要
研究了梳棉机前罩板处棉网清洁器风量大小对生条质量影响的问题,用premier aQura棉结和短纤维测试仪对前棉网清洁器采用三档风量(单双侧吸风形式)时所加工的生条质量进行了检测,经过对检测结果分析得出(1)与后罩板处棉网清洁器风量相比较,前棉网清洁器的风量要相对小些选择对生条质量的提高较为有利;(2)无论是单侧还是双侧吸风形式,前棉网清洁器均以采用120 m3/h^180m3/h的风量更有利于生条质量的改善。
Effect of air quantity of cotton web cleaner at the front cover plate of a card on card sliver was studied.The quality of card sliver produced with three levels of air quantity of front cotton web cleaner was tested with premier aQura.The results showed that a smaller air quantity of front cotton web cleaner was advantageous to the improvement of card sliver.The air quantity of 120 m3/h^180 m3/h was more favorable to raise the quality of card sliver,whether one-side or two-side air suction was adopted.
