为了实现连翻领结构设计的实用性和快捷性,采用不同的领宽在不同衣身领窝状态下,运用立体裁剪的实验方法,得到不同翻领宽度和领座宽条件下连翻领下弯量的数值。运用SPSS软件对实验数据进行相关分析和回归分析,结果得到翻领下弯量的线性回归方程,确定了翻领松度与翻领宽、领座宽、衣片领窝之间的数学线性关系式,为翻领结构设计提供了科学的依据,并以实例验证了该翻领公式的实用性。

Data of lapel bending with different collar width and collar stand was obtained By three-dimensional cutting.A regression equation was gotten accordingly by the relationship between the lapel looseness and collar width,collar stand width,collar bending of cut-parts.The practicability of the equation was proved by examples.
