摘要
利用实验法对辽东学院公共体育课篮球俱乐部教学模式进行了探索,依据教学大纲对篮球课程内容和进度做相应的微调,合理安排理论和比赛项目内容,针对不同学习目标层次的学生有选择地安排设置相应的体育教学项目,拓宽辅导和教学的时间维度和深度,并把俱乐部教学模式和传统教学模式教学进行对比,结果显示:实验组学生的篮球战术意识、原地投篮、运球上篮技术差异显著,要好于传统教学法的对照组。得出结论:篮球俱乐部式教学能激发大学生的学习动机学习积极性,有利于学生的篮球技能水平的改善与提高。
The practice of teaching basketball in a club way in Eastern Liaoning University was summarized.According to teaching program,the content and process of the course was adjusted with proper theoretical teaching and games.The results of this mode were compared with those of traditional way.It was found that the tactical consciousness,techniques of standing shot and dribble of the students taught in club way were significantly better that those of the students taught in the traditional way.
