摘要
对从事民族健身操锻炼达半年时间的32名60~69岁老年女性进行身体形态、机能和素质指标的测定,并与不进行任何项目锻炼的25名老年女性的上述指标进行对比分析,其结果发现:民族健身操对60~69岁老年女性的身体健康具有明显的改善作用。
Indexes of physical form,function and quality of thirty-two old women(aged 60 to 69) who have taken part in national aerobics exercise for half a year were tested.In comparison with those indexes of 25 old women who have never taken part in any kind of exercise,it is found that the national aerobics exercise can improve the health of old women significantly.
