文章通过对业余、函授、自考、网络等几种成人高等学历教育教学形式的比较,分析它们各自的优势和存在的问题,取长补短,科学整合,探求成人高等教育人才培养创新模式。

Based on a comparison among several higher academic adult education and instruction modes involving amateur,correspondence course,network-based,and self-study,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages respectively aiming at probing into the innovative mode of talent training in higher adult education.
