壳聚糖鼻腔给药毒性研究

Study on the nasal administration toxicity of chitosan

目的考察壳聚糖的鼻腔给药毒性。方法采用在体蟾蜍上腭法研究壳聚糖对纤毛运动的影响;采用大鼠鼻腔给药法考察壳聚糖对鼻腔粘膜形态学的影响。结果壳聚糖对蟾蜍上腭纤毛运动时间无影响;对大鼠鼻腔粘膜形态无影响。结论壳聚糖无鼻腔毒性。

Objective To study the by nasal administration toxicity of chitosan.Methods The toad palate method in vivo was used to study the effect of chitosan to cililary movement.The effect of chitosan to morphology of nasal mucosa was investigated by nasal medication of rats.Results The chitosan had no toxicital effect to the cililary movement of toad palate and nasal mucosal morphology of rats.Conclusion The chitosan had no nasal toxicity.
