目的构建柔红霉素的高产菌株,提高柔红霉素发酵水平。方法用基因组重排法构建菌株,用摇瓶发酵测定效价。结果使柔红霉素发酵效价提高50%。结论对于柔红霉素发酵效价的提高,基因组重排是一个可行的方法。

Objective To build daunomycin high-producing strain and to improve the level of fermentation.Methods The strain was built by genome rearrangement,using shaking flask method for determining the potency.Results The fermentation potency of daunomycin increased by 50%.Conclusion Genome rearrangement was a feasible method for improving fermentation yield.
