市售注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠含量均匀度考察

Content uniformity study of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection

注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠因其广谱高效的抗菌作用在临床上广泛应用,其主要成分为头孢哌酮和舒巴坦两种物质,中国药典现行标准并未制定其含量均匀度的检查方法。为考察市售样品的生产工艺及产品质量稳定情况,笔者对在市场上随机抽取的12个厂家的21批不同规格样品进行了含量均匀度考察,并对结果进行了分析。

Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection is a kind of generally used drug because of its broad-spectrum and high-performance antibacterial action,its main components are cefoperazone and sulbactam.But there is no content uniformity examine method in working standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia.For investigating the quality of goods on sale,author studied the content uniformity of 21 batches Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection from 12 factories which were randomly collected and analyzed the results.
