摘要
日本高等教育评估制度的"分类"特征由评估客体、评估主体和评估过程等在矛盾中的对立统一所决定。高等教育机构类型等被评对象的多样化和共性的对立统一是分类评估产生的客观基础。评估主体的价值观多样化和业务集中化的对立统一是引起认证评估分类的又一要素。在评估过程中评估指标理论上要求具体化和实践上要求简约化的对立统一则是分类认证评估产生的根本因素。
The feature of higher education accreditation in Japan is determined by the identity and struggle of opposites in its subject,process and object.The contradiction between diversity and generality of various evaluated institutions of higher education is the base of accreditation formalization.The contradiction between the value diversification and business centralization of the evaluator institutions is another important factor in the formalization of accreditation.The contradiction between the theoretical particularization and practical simplification of standards and criteria in accreditation process is the most foundational factor to form the system of accreditation.
