摘要
从帽儿山国家森林公园旅游开发的区位条件、自然资源和人文资源等旅游环境条件出发,结合帽儿山森林公园旅游开发的优势、劣势进行SWOT分析,构建了帽儿山森林公园旅游开发的基本框架,并针对这一设想提出了以社会营销观念指导森林公园的经营与管理;加强特色旅游产品的设计开发;调整目标客源市场,大力发展双休日度假旅游;多方筹集资金,实施新的开发管理模式;加快森林公园专业人才的开发和培养等对策措施。
