围绕六大工程探讨黑龙江省生态建设的思路,提出分区施策、分类经营,强化森林资源管护,突出科学经营现有森林资源,加快林权制度改革等项生态建设保障措施。

According to the six projects,discussed the thinking way of ecological construction in Heilongjiang province,pointed the countermeasures of pracising different strategy to different region,practising forest classified management,strenthening management and protection of forest resource,managing the present forest resource by scientific technology,quickening the reform of forest property right.
