摘要
玻璃清洗机的风刀结构是决定风刀出风性能的重要因素。本文利用CFD方法分析了风刀工作腔内的流场分布特性,认为矩形横截面的风刀结构可产生涡旋,阻碍了气流的流动,因而降低了出风速度。根据分析结果提出了几点改进措施。并用计算分析表明,圆形截面的风刀结构能够有效地提高出风性能。
The wind knife structure of glass washing machine is key to outlet performance. The fluid field distribution properties in wind knife working cavity are analyzed in present paper. The rectangle cross section causes turbulence preventing the air flow which lowers the outlet wind velocity. Some improvement are proposed by the analysis results. The circle cross section could efficiently improve the outlet performance.
