摘要
本文分析了当前大型灾害事故救援中消防通信存在的问题,明确了灾害中高效的通信系统所应具有的特点和功能,结合卫星通信技术发展应用状况及消防部队现有装备情况,给出了应建立以卫星通信为主,其他通信方式为辅的消防应急救援通信系统。
The status quo,characteristics,and the functions of fire communication in the large-scale disasters were analyzed in this paper.Based on the development status of satellite communication technology and the existing equipment of fire department,the construction of communication system in fire emergency rescue was discussed in the paper.
