摘要
应力谱监测是桥梁结构安全监测系统中一个部分,在数据分析中有重要作用。在应力谱的编制中,作为主要部分的雨流计数法由于比较符合疲劳损伤规律,目前应用较广泛,但尚未在桥梁结构健康监测系统的在线数据分析工作中得到应用。为此,该文根据雨流法的原理和改进算法,编写了应变时程的雨流计数程序,并将润扬大桥结构安全监测系统输出的应变时程数据进行在线计算,得到了桥梁相关构件的应力谱,为系统数据分析工作提供了重要依据。新开发的软件作为润扬大桥结构安全监测系统的一部分,能够对系统在交通等随机荷载下实时采集的应变时程数据进行分析,并由获得的应力谱得到润扬大桥相关构件的应力状况。
Monitoring of stress spectrum of key components of bridges is one part of Structural Health Monitoring System(SHMS) of bridges and will be capable of taking effect in future data analyses.Since rain flow counting method fits well the law of fatigue damage,it is adopted widely.But it has not been applied to online data analyses in the SHMS extensively.The software of rain flow counting was programmed based on the principle of rail flow method.The stress spectrums of concerned components based on the strain-time history data recorded by the SHMS in Runyang Yangtze Bridge were given by the software.These spectrums provided important foundations for the following data analyses.As a part of the SHMS in RunYang Yangtze Bridge,the newly developed software can analyze the strain data measured by the system under random loads,e.g.traffic ones.And then based on the given stress spectrums we can quantify performance of correlated components in Runyang Yangtze bridge.
