根据苏通大桥地基基础安全监测的具体情况,选用合适的项目管理模式——EPC 总承包商项目管理模式。重点介绍了苏通大桥地基基础安全监测 EPC 项目管理的具体内容:监控系统设计、设备采购管理、传感器安装埋设、监测资料管理、项目移交管理。工程实践证明,EPC 项目管理模式在大型工程安全监测中有效可行,可为其它工程建设提供参考。
Considering the actual situation of Sutong Bridge foundation safety monitoring program,the compatible project management method is applied—the EPC general contracting project management.The specific contents of EPC general contracting management in SuTong Bridge foundation safety monitoring program were introduced in detail,including the design of monitoring system,purchasing installations management,installing sensors,removing program management.It shows that EPC general contracting project management is feasible and effective in large engineering safety monitoring.The study give some references for other project constructions.
