活套电控系统在冷轧厂中的应用

The Application of Loop Electric Cybernetic System in Cold Rolling Mill

结合实际,对冷轧厂CDCM生产线的工艺过程、活套电控系统组成及信息交换、参数的计算与设定、活套控制方式、运行状态及张力控制精度等进行分析和总结。说明了活套电控系统在冷轧厂整个生产中的应用过程、总体组成及各功能块的作用,给出了应用实例。实用结果表明,控制系统稳定、可靠、在应用中收到良好的控制效果。

This paper analyses and concludes the CDCM manufacturing techniques of cold rolling factory,composition and information exchanging of loop electricity cybernetic system,parameter calculating and setting,control method of loop,operation state and precision of tension controlling.The application course,general compose,function action of loop electricity cybernetic system for cold rolling mill are been explained and the application examples are given.The application results show that the control system is stable and have excellent control performance.
