中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察被引量：19

摘要目的观察中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法将126例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,观察组76例,采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服结合中药通痹散（自拟）局部中频电药物渗透治疗;对照组50例,采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊和甲酚那酸胶囊口服治疗.对2组疗效进行对照观察.结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组[97.4%（74例）比82.0%（41例）,P＜0.05].结论中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是一种疗效确切的方法,值得临床推广应用.
