摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成出了一种油井水泥降失水剂CDL,并设计出了能迅速固化的涂膜法干燥工艺,确定出了CDL的最佳合成条件:反应温度为70℃,单体AMPS、AM、AA的配比为3︰1︰1,引发剂加量为0.1%,体系pH值为7。抗温抗盐评价实验结果表明,产品有较宽的温度适应范围、耐盐性好,能在50~170℃、饱和盐水下保持水泥浆失水量小于100 mL。所得液体产品采用涂膜法干燥,不仅工艺简单、周期短,还很大程度地节约了干燥成本;用其配制的水泥浆有明显的直角稠化现象,强度发展正常,符合现场施工要求。
In this paper,a painting film synthesis technology of fluid loss reducer CDL is developed by using 2-acrylamido-2methyl-propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA) as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator with aqueous solution polymerization.The experimental results show that it can be controlled within 120mL at the range of 50-170 ℃ in salt saturated water,and the product is dried by painting film technology which has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and saving time.The cement slurry with this agent has obvious right angle thickening curve and normal intensity development.
