摘要
CT-32井是位于哈萨克斯坦共和国阿克纠宾斯克州(Aktyubinsk)希望油田(Truva oilfield)北特鲁瓦(North Truva)构造上的一口区域评价井,完钻井深为3 300 m。该井在1 075.87～1 177.46 m井段钻遇了8套漏层,共漏失879 m3钻井液,损失时间为45.625 d。通过制定充填与水泥浆复合堵漏的技术措施,采取了向井筒漏层投入做好的砖块、泥球进行架桥封堵,并配合水泥浆封固的堵漏措施,成功地解决了该井的石灰岩漏失问题,研究出了一套适合该区块石灰岩裂缝性漏失的堵漏方法。
The well CT-32 is a regional evaluation well located at Truva oil field in Kazakhstan with the depth of 3,300 m.There are 8 thief zones from 1,075.87 m to 1,177.46 m,and the total loss is 879 m3,which costs the time of 45.625 days.A technology of combined plugging and cementing is applied to overcome the difficulty of lost circulation in limestone formation by using mud balls and bicks,and a method of mud loss control is developed which is aiming at the lost circulation in fractured limestone formation.
