摘要
横山区块气井水平井位于靖中北偏南地区,四开井身结构简化为三开井。该井钻井液技术难点包括:直井段浸泡时间长,长裸眼入窗井壁稳定性差、润滑防卡难度大;斜井段为防塌提高钻井液密度易造成刘家沟发生漏失,在60°~85°斜井段穿越大段易塌煤层;水平段长且轨迹调整频繁、易塌泥页岩钻遇率高。针对以上情况,采取了以下措施:优化直井段清水聚合物防塌配方;对刘家沟井段进行工艺承压堵漏,提升易漏地层承压能力;斜井段采用防塌抑制性强、悬浮能力好、泥饼黏滞系数低、流变性稳定、抗污染能力强的无土相复合盐水钻井液;水平段采用复合盐酸溶暂堵钻井液,保证了该井的安全施工,各井段井径扩大率小,电测、下套管均顺利。
The challenges of drilling fluid in gas horizontal wells in Hengshan block mainly are long soak time,poor borehole stability of long open hole,sticking in vertical section;lost circulation caused by high drilling fluid density,caving in coal bed in deviated section and much shale and clay in horizontal section.According to the above,some measures are taken,such as optimizing the formulation of fresh water polymer drilling fluid in vertical section,controlling the mud lost under pressure in Liujiagou section,applying clay-free salt water drilling fluid in deviated section and using combined salt water acid soluble temporary plugging drilling fluid to ensure logging and running casing smoothly.
