摘要
目的:建立小儿柴芩灌肠剂中黄芩苷和绿原酸的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为WelchromTM C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为320 nm。结果:黄芩苷在12.5-800 g.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.85%(RSD%=0.70%);绿原酸在7.25-400 g.mL-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为96.32%(RSD%=0.94%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a determination of barcalin and chlorogenic acid in Xiao'er Chaiqin enema. Methods: The sample was analyzed on a WelchromTM Cls column with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL'min-l, and the wavelength set at 320 nm. Results: Barcalin in the range of 12.5-800 g-mL-1 was good linear relationship (r=0.9999), the average recovery was 98.85% (RSD%=0.70%); Chlorogenic acid in the range of 7.25-400 g'mL-1 was good linear relationship (r=0.9998), the average recovery was 96.32% (RSD%=0.94%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xiao'er Chaiqin enema.
