HPLC法测定健肝宁片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Content Determination of TanshinoneⅡA in JianGanNing Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立健肝宁片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶水(75∶25),流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为270 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:该方法线性关系良好,线性范围:0.1702-1.702μg,平均加样回收率为98.57%,RSD%为1.25%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于健肝宁片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish content determination method of tanshinone II A in JianGanNing Tablet by HPLC.Methods：C18 colum was adopted at the column temperature 25 ~C, the mobile phase consisted of methanol -water（75 ：25） with flow rate 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results：The content of tanshinone ⅡA was determined by HPLC,the results showed good linear relationship,the recovery rate was 98.57%,and RSD% value was 1.25%（n=6）.Conclusion：The estab lished method is convenient and feasiable and accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of JianGanNing Tablet.
