通络丸对脑缺血损伤时内皮素变化的影响

Effect of Tong Luo Pill on alteration of endothelin during cerebral ischemia reperfusion trauma

目的：探讨通络丸对脑缺血损伤时内皮素变化的影响。方法：在脑血栓病人和大鼠脑缺血／再灌注模型上观察通络丸的保护作用及对内皮素的影响。结果：通络丸能显著减轻脑缺血损伤，抑制内皮素增加。结伦：通络丸抑制内皮素增加可能是其减轻脑缺血损伤机制之一。

objective: To probe into the influence of Tong Luo Pill on endothelin alteration during cerebral ischewha damag. Methods: Alteration of endothlin and therapeuhc effect of Tong Luo Pill were observed on cereball ernbolism patients and rat model of cerebral I/R injury. ResultS: Endothelin levels incuned during cerebral ischedria, and Tong Ino Pill allerated I/R induced tissue injury dramatically and inhibited the increase of endothelin levels. Conchaon: Endothelin plays an importatn role in cerbral ischethea damage and that the inhibitory action of Tong too Pill on endothelin release dright be one of its protective mechhosms against the cerbral ischethea trauma.
