A Comparative Study on the Public Exercising Standard of National Beauty Aerobics

通过文献资料、专家访谈、及录像分析等方法,查阅了新旧三套《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》(简称《大众锻炼标准》)的图解和相关文章,对三套《大众锻炼标准》的体系、创编宗旨、基本动作和内容进行比较,分析了它们的共同点和各自的特点,并为《大众锻炼标准》的进一步创编提供理论依据。

This article analyses the similarities and charactersof the three sets of ＂the Public Exercising Standard of National Beauty Aerobics＂（short as ＂the Public Exercising Standard＂）in comparison of their systems,designing aims,basic motions and content by consulting illustrations and related articles and studying documents,experts interviews and videos.This article aims to provide a theory basis for the future designing of ＂the Public Exercising Standard＂.
