在分析当前世界经济体系和反思该背景下我国经济发展方式的基础上,全面阐述我国经济发展方式转变的历史、内容和方向,以及存在的问题和转变的动力。重点指出,"十二五"要以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,贯穿经济社会发展全过程和各个领域,确保转变经济发展方式取得实质性的进展,要坚持把改革开放作为加快转变经济发展方式的强大动力,坚定推进经济、政治、文化、社会等领域的改革,加快构建有利于科学发展的体制机制。

Based on the analysis of current world economic system and overview of Chinals economic development mode under this background, a comprehensive exposition of China＇s economic development mode change in the history, content and direction, as well as the problems and change momentum are given. Main conclusion is focused on that in ＂12th Five - Year Period＂, we should regard the accelerating of economic development mode change as a key thread running through the whole process of economic and social development of all areas to ensure the achieve substantive progress in the period. We should persevere in reform and opening up as the powerful driving force to speed up the change of economic development mode, determine to promote the economic, political, cultural, and social sector reform, as well as accelerating to build up the institutional mechanisms which are conducive to scientific development idea.
