高校扩招对图书馆的影响及对策

The Impact of Enrollment Expansion in Higher Education on Library and Countermeasures

扩招后高校图书馆所面临的主要问题是:图书经费投入严重不足;图书馆读者阅览室空前拥挤;采购工作负担增大,采购质量严重下降;新生图书借阅培训工作难以有效开展;学生与图书馆工作人员之间矛盾增多等。针对这些影响,图书馆应积极采取策略,缓解压力。

In this paper,the reasons for the enrollment expansion in higher education between 1998 and 2007 are analyzed first,and then some problems it brings about to library are discussed,which include the serious insufficiency of investment in library,over-crowdedness in reading-rooms,the overloading of procurement and the decline of purchase quality,inefficiency in the training of freshmen,and the increasing contradictions between the students and librarians,etc..Finally,some countermeasures are puts forward in the light of all the impact mentioned above.
