浅议大学生志愿服务

On the College-Student Voluntary Service

志愿服务是一项高尚的社会事业,随着我国改革开放的深入和社会发展水平的不断提高,大学生志愿服务已成为大学生接触社会以及服务社会的一种直接途径。根据我国青年志愿服务和西方发达国家的成功经验,从宣传动员、服务领域、组织管理机制、考评激励机制和支持保障机制五个大方面进行论述,对大学生志愿服务发展提出有针对性的建议,为促进大学生志愿服务的可持续发展理清思路。

Voluntary service is a noble social business,with the development of reform and opening tp the outside world,and improvement of social development level,college students＇ voluntary service has become a direct way for college students to contact and serve the society.This paper puts forward the some advice on the development of voluntary service from the experience of youth voluntary service in our country and some developed countries,by means of propaganda and mobilization,service field,organizational management mechanism,examination-evaluation inspiring mechanism,support and guarantee mechanism on the five major aspects of proposed targeted measures,so as to clear the thoughts for promoting development of college students＇ voluntary service.
