摘要
本文介绍了在实验室合成甲基叔丁基醚的两种可行性方案,并从原料成本、催化剂体系、反应条件、工业化前景等方面对这两种可行性方案进行了对比。以甲醇和叔丁醇为原料,以酸为催化剂的合成方案无论在实验室合成,还是工业化生产,都比威廉逊合成法相对优异。
Two feasible routes about the synthesis of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) in lab was introduced in this paper.The raw material cost,catalyst system,reaction conditions and the industrialization prospect of these two routes were analysized and compared.The result shows that the route of synthesis MTBE by menthol and tert-butanol using acid as catalyst was better than Williamson' route not only in laboratory,but also in industry.
