摘要
为了探讨黑小麦和普通小麦对增强UV-B辐射的敏感性,采用增强UV-B辐射(10.08(kJ/m2)/d)对黑小麦和普通小麦进行处理,从形态学特征、损伤程度、生理指标等方面进行测定和统计。结果显示:与对照组相比,增强UV-B辐射后,黑小麦和普通小麦在生长发育、生理生化,以及细胞代谢等方面都有不同程度的抑制或损伤。具体表现为植株矮化,根长变短,生长势受到抑制,细胞分裂率下降,染色体畸变率上升,丙二醛及总多酚含量升高。这表明在该辐射剂量下,黑小麦较为敏感,而普通小麦则相对表现出一定的抗性。
In order to study the sensitivity of black wheat and common wheat when enhancing UV-B radiation,we have handled the two kinds of wheat by enhancing UV-B radiation(10.08(kJ/m2)/d),and have measured and gathered statistics in their morphological characteristics,the level of being impaired,physiology index and so on.The research result indicates that,compared with the control group,after enhancing UV-B,both of wheat have been inhibited or impaired in growth and development,physiology biochemistry and cell metabolism in varying degrees,have become lower,root length have been become shorter,their growth potential have been inhibited,cell splitting up rate have been decreased,more aberrated chromosomes appeared,the content of MDA and polyphenols were increased.Moreover,black wheat was more sensitive than common wheat,which had resistance to enhanced UV-B.
