摘要
线性功率放大器的线性度受功放管的静态工作点影响很大。然而,在功放管的实际工作中,由于功放管的门限开启电压随温度上升会降低,从而导致静态工作电流增大并使得线性度恶化。文中给出了一种LDMOS功放管静态工作点的温度补偿措施,该方法在LDMOS线性功率放大器中有着广泛的用途。
The linearity of linear power amplifiers is greatly affected by the static operating point of power amplifier tubes.In practice,however,the threshold start-up voltage of power amplifier tubes decreases with the increase of temperature,thus causing the static operating current to increase and deteriorate its linearity.A method for compensating the temperature at the static operating point of LDMOS is proposed in the paper and it is proved that the method has beed widely used in LDMOS linear power amplifiers.
